I found my personal experience with swiss administration quite amusing, thought a quick post would be in order...
Amount of time required for swiss authorities to process my swiss permit renewal applications : 8 months (I also had to recontact them 3 time to actually get the job done!)
Amount of time between I filed my tax application and got the payment slips to make the payments : 2 days.
think it speaks for iteself...
